Internet Statement

As Christians, we are very concerned about the use of the Internet by Christian families and the public in general. The internet has been used as a vile tool of the devil to destroy families, to promote pornography in a way that we have never seen, to create fantasy lives for people, and to utterly undermine wholesome Christian values.

Because of these things it is difficult for a Christian organization to promote its use in any sort of way. However, the internet also serves as a means to conduct business and distribute information quickly and easily. The difficulty is separating the good from the bad. We believe that as stewards of our homes and families, Christian people should never allow full access to the internet in their own homes. This is a dangerous evil. However, responsible Christians should be able to build the atmosphere in their businesses with proper safeguards to ensure that the internet is used strictly for business and/or educational purposes.

To this end, we recommend the use of general internet filters such as SafeEyes or BSafe internet service for business users. If one must operate a business out of their home, we recommend the use of "Restricted Access" internet where one can only visit pre-selected websites for the purpose of conducting their business, and do not have access to the internet as a whole.

This site is updated and maintained using restricted access as provided by the SafeEyes company. We would hope and advocate that everyone who must use the internet take similar measures to protect their souls and their families.

We don't believe that any "extreme" measures need to be taken in regard to the internet, but we would be foolish not to be on guard, because we know and see that the internet has been used as a tool and device of the devil to destroy souls.

1 Peter 5:8 "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:"
2 Corinthians 2:11 "Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices."
